As a business owner myself, I know it can be rough at times. I’ve gone through a lot of the same things as many of my clients. I know what is like to labor my ass off
Before I was an entrepreneur I did a lot of manual labor. I did tree trimming, landscaping, irrigation, farm labor, and livestock management. I know what it’s like to work my ass off all day long for months and years at a time, in unclean and stressful conditions. In some cases I labored for free in exchange for food and shelter.

There have been mislabeled expectations and many other issues. All of these problems have helped make better offers and create a safety net for clients who choose to invest.

I’m flexible and willing to do what it takes to make it right
There are cases when unexpected things happen, maybe it’s taking longer than usual, maybe your website is penalized, or maybe a mistake was made. There could be a large number of unexpected situations that come up.
When and if they do I will pivot in a different direction if needed. If I have to change directions I try to do it without any other extra charges, in some cases I will give a discount or refund.
There are some instances where an additional investment is best for your situation. If that’s the case I will clearly outline why.
My main goal is to get you results with the least friction possible. I know there are alot of marketing agencies that do not like to talk about unexpected problems or things going wrong but, honesty is one of my core values. I have no issue being real about what could happen.
